A group of supporters of Ghanaian Afropop, dancehall and reggae musician, Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known by his stage name Stonebwoy, Panafrican Buss.Europe also known as voice of Stonebwoy have reacted Medikal’s O2 Indigo concert.
They said people who are believed to be supporters of Shatta Wale are throwing shade at Stonebwoy after Medikal’s O2 Indigo but the group described it as a lame and shallow.
According to them, filling 02 Indigo doesn’t mean you have reach as an artist because Stonebwoy has performed and hosted concerts at venues bigger than 02 Indigo before.
“Since when did 02 Indigo with 2k capacity became a yastic for judging artistes. We are talking about an artiste who has performed on the biggest stages in the world such as the World Cup , Reggae Sumfest, Summerjam , Reggae Geel and Other bigger international platforms and stages in the world .” Panafrican Buss.Europe wrote on Facebook.
They indicated that Stonebwoy is bigger than 02 Indigo which people think is their greatest achievements in the music industry.
“Stonebwoy is bigger than 02 Indigo and he has done bigger venues bigger than 02 Indigo during his 5th Dimension Album tour in the US , UK, Australia , Italy, Germany etc .” The post read.
“Shallow minded fans thinks 02Indigo is the Same as 02 Arena we are talking about 18k capacity difference. Even a stadium of 40k capacity Stonebwoy was able to fill it and you are talking of indigo with 2k capacity, only shallow minded folks thinks like that, apart from Indigo they don’t know any international big stage again, but I don’t blame them because barely do you see their artiste performing on such big stages in the world.” It added.
