Renowned Ghanaian artist born Daniel Nyarko Morris, known as Wutah Kobby, and famous for his deep vocals and mesmerizing performances, has revealed that he doesn’t want to be remembered by family and friends when he’s dead and gone.
The Wutah Kobby Music Boss made this unusual declaration in an open interview with Amansan Krakye on Cape Coast Property FM.
When asked what he would like to be known for if he were to pass away, Wutah Kobby firmly stated that he doesn’t want to be remembered for anything. Instead, he emphasized the need to live in the present.
According to the artist, through his songs and way of life, he has always tried to bring joy and happiness to everyone around him.
Wutah Kobby highlighted how many people struggle with strong memories and vivid imagination, which can make it difficult to move on. He emphasized the importance of living in the present and letting go of past regrets and traumas to promote a mental shift.
“I don’t want to be remembered when I’m gone; that’s not my wish. The only remembrance I want is for being happy and nothing else,” Wutah Kobby said.
“I always try to make everyone around me happy with my music and lifestyle, but I don’t want people dwelling on the past. I advise everyone to focus on the present, live a happy life, and make everyone happy. People find it difficult to live in the present, and it will haunt them one day, but nothing can be changed,” Wutah added.
