controversial Ghanaian marriage counselor, Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt, popularly known as Counselor Lutterodt has said brag is one of the characteristics of a man and that any man who doesn’t know how to brag is a disgrace to God.
Adding that any man who lacks the skills and ability to brag is a woman.
Speaking in an interview with Accra-based UTV, Counselor Lutterodt stated that bragging doesn’t mean you have to liar to someone that you have a house or properties at big places when you don’t have but to tell people what you want to become in the future is also part of the brag.
He said many men wear expensive clothes not that they have money but they are bragging.
“Any man who doesn’t know how to brag is a disgrace to God. Brag is one of the characteristics of a man, any man who doesn’t know how to brag is a woman. Brag is not always about I have a house at this place, sometimes what you eat, if you see that someone is always wearing a suit that doesn’t mean he has money. If it is left with what I will eat, I will use it to buy a suit, if it is left with my last money, I will use it to buy a shirt, these are all parts of brag” Counselor Lutterodt stated.
He adviced men to stand for themselves and not allow anybody to look down on them.
He said it is imperative for every man to learn how to brag since it is part of their characteristics.
“As a man, you don’t have to be down, you always have to be up. It is not about liars but what you want to do in the future, if you are a man, say it, it is also part of the brag. So don’t let anybody undermine you, if you sell coconut say tomorrow I will make coconut juice and sell it, it is also part of the brag ….. Every man should learn how to brag”
