The Tain Constituency parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party in the Bono Region, Alexander Ababio, has lauded the tremendous work done by the Electoral Commission in the voters registration exercise.

Alexander Ababio, who is the C.E.O of Ghana Premier League side, Bofoakwa Tano and owner of Division One League team, Debibi United, also applauded the various security agencies and other relevant stakeholders for their contributions in embarking on a successful 21 day limited Registration exercise so far.

“I would like to applaud the EC, security agencies and all the political parties because they have conducted themselves very well during the registration process. ”

“They have done very well in ensuring that the entire process becomes peaceful and for that reason, they deserve to be applauded.” He said.

Speaking to news men Alexander Ababio, said the two additional days should motivate others who haven’t registered to do so to be enable them to vote for him come December 7 as their Member of Parliament and also vote for Dr. Bawumia as the next President president of the Republic of Ghana to propel him to continue with the numerous developmental projects he has started at the Tain Constituency.

“The process should have ended yesterday but the EC have added additional two days due to some technical challenges it faced in the first day of the exercise, so I entreat all and sundry to take advantage of the grace period and register.

” I will plead with voters in the Tain constituency to vote massively for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumai as the President and Ababio Alexander as the Member of Parliament come December 7th.

“The Tain constituency will get the development we crave for when Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia becomes the next President. The NPP government, when retained in power, will help to construct our roads, propel me to finish the school block I have started constructed and develop sporting disciplines in the constituency.” Mr. Ababio told our reporter
