Ghanaian Socialite, Efia Odo has responded to Ghanaian rapper, singer and songwriter, Emmanuel Kwesi Danso Arthur, known professionally as Kwesi Arthur’s legal action threat against her.
Kwesi Arthur, who seems not happy with his former close friend’s recent statement about their past relationship lambasted her and threatened legal action against anyone who discusses their issue again.
“I’ve been silent for too long. It’s disheartening to see so many people oblivious to someone constantly using my name for clout, a story line and attention with allegations and scenarios.” The rapper wrote on his X.
“You, your team and networks only roll out your songs or shows with my name attached as a marketing strategy. Each month or week it’s a different story line and agenda. Why has nobody caught on by now?”
“Not speaking again on this matter. Anything else said about me will be discussed with my lawyer and handled in court. Stop playing with me.” He added.
Responding to his threat, Efia Odo said Kwesi Authur should have been smarter than that.
According to her, she didn’t say anything bad during her recent interview. Adding that she believes the rapper was angry because he didn’t watch the full video.
“You no watch the thing but ranting cuz of bits and pieces you saw on social media. You gotta be smarter than that . God has saved me cuz if not!!!!!! Peace be unto you” Efia Odo wrote on her X.

In recent discussions on the ‘Rants, Bants and Confessions’ podcast, Efia Odo explained that the rapper had hurt her and that destroyed their friendship.
“I was supporting him but you know, a lot of things happen between friends, like Shatta Wale and I things happened. I believe you have all experienced similar incidents. Kwesi did something to hurt but I don’t want to say it here because I also respect him as a person and his image, I don’t want to tarnish his image. Because I want to say some things, it will get him dirty.” She said.
