Wode Maya descends on African Leaders, saying they don’t care about their people

Ghanaian YouTube personality, vlogger, digital media influencer and aeronautical engineer, Berthold Kobby Winkler Ackon, popularly known as Wode Maya has heavily descended on African Leaders for their selfish interest.

He said, the Leaders in Africa Continents doesn’t care about the strugglings their people are going through.

He stressed that the speeches they read to the public are different from the service they render to their people.

“It is sad to see that they have to know who you are before they do the needful and that is the reason why I don’t follow protocols, I want to travel like an ordinary African just to see the strugglings that an ordinary African goes through. I think about the time if our Leaders really care about the people of the continent, if they really care about the speeches they give every single day, It is about time for them to just drop their V8 that they drive on roads and see what the people go through.” He said this on a KSM show monitored by Elvisanokyenews.com.

According to him, it is about time people have to hold these leaders accountable and put their party colors aside.

He bemoaned that Africans most especially Ghanaians have been foolishly blinded with political colors to the extent that when you see the truth and you want to talk about it, somebody will come and attack you.

“That what I am saying is that we don’t have a single leader on this continent that really cares about his people and that is a fact. I think it is about time the people have to hold these leaders accountable, It is about time for us to put our party colors aside. You know, we have been foolishly blinded with political colors to the extent that when you see the truth and you want to talk about it, somebody will come and attack you.” He bemoaned.

He indicated that people attacked him and accused him of taking money from a particular party after he posted deplorable roads in Takoradi.

According to him, it was very pathetic that he couldn’t drive his car in Takoradi.

“I was in Takoradi, I couldn’t drive in Takoradi, the entire roads in Takoradi were destroyed and when you talk about it there were people in my messages threatening me, asking me who paid you? Takoradi is under construction, what do you mean? Even if you want to put a cedis in construction, one road at a time, you don’t just destroy the entire road and say it is under construction.” He explained.

Adding that politics has destroyed Ghana and the citizens are not benefitting from the resources they deserved.

Wode Maya categorically Stated that Ghana belongs to Ghanaians not any political party.

“And I keep telling people that Ghana belongs to Ghanaians, it doesn’t belong to any political party. They are using politics to destroy the country and very soon, is like we are sitting on a timing bomb, a Leader have to represent the people not the party, you have to put the country first before your party and this what I don’t understand because if you see the policies of these political leaders doesn’t make sense, why?” He stated.
