The President of the Offuman Traditional Council, Nana Kwaku Gyan Brokuo II, has encouraged the people of Bono East region and Ghana at large not to lose hope in humanity in these trying times.

Nana Kwaku Gyan Brokuo II, who was honored as the most outstanding Paramount Chief in the Bono East Region at the Career Excellence Awards night, acknowledged the fact that the world as we know it is rapidly changing which leaves room for untold difficulties as injustice and inequity have become predominant in our communities.

He however explained that, despite all the difficulties the world is currently facing, there are some individuals who are excelling in their respective fields which is a testament of hope for the people of Bono East and Ghana.

“We gather at a moment of great promise and possibility. We stand at the threshold of a new era, full of challenges, yes, but also overflowing with opportunities.

“As we look around us, we see a world that is rapidly changing. We see communities that are growing, evolving, and thriving. We see individuals who are pushing boundaries, breaking barriers, and achieving greatness.

“We also see struggles. We see injustices, inequalities, and uncertainties. We see people who are hurting, who are marginalized, and who are forgotten.” Nana said.

The President of the Offuman Traditional Council, expressed his confidence in the resilience and determination of the Ghanaian people and urged each and everyone irrespective of their background to go out there, step up and build a better world.

“In the face of all this, I say to you: do not lose hope. Do not give up. Do not lose faith in yourselves, in each other, and in the power of our collective humanity.

“For we are capable of greatness. We are capable of kindness, of compassion, of empathy, and of love. We are capable of building a world that is more just, more equal, and more free.

“So let us rise to the challenge. Let us stand up for what is right. Let us lift each other up. Let us fight for a world where every person has a chance to thrive, to grow, and to succeed.

“We are the ones we have been waiting for. We are the change we seek. We are the future we want to build.

“So let us go out there and make it happen. Let us go out there and make a difference. Let us go out there and change the world!” Nana emphatically said.
