Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Levi Strauss & Co, Harmit Singh has commended American singer, songwriter, actress and businesswoman, Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter for her latest album, Cowboy Carter.
Harmit said the song has boasts their recent uptick in impressions, customer traffic, revenue, and stock price since the release of Beyonce’s song “LEVII’S JEANS” on COWBOY CARTER.
Speaking in an interview monitored by Elvisanokyenews.com, Harmit who is responsible for managing the company’s finance, information technology, strategic sourcing and global business services functions globally indicated that Beyonce is the only artist who can be called center of culture.
According to him, her song has recorded 1.5 billion impressions.
“It is happening and is happening organically, there’s no better person than [Beyoncé], who we call the center of culture and the culture is somebody like Beyonce and her song getting momentum. So far, I think in the last couple of days she has recorded 1.5 billion impressions. Thanks to the wonderful fans of levis. There was a story in 2019, she got on stage where there were all kinds of shorts and so I think we see a positive impact on businesses.” He stated.
Adding that Beyonce has uplifted that Western culture with her latest song.
“We are humbled that she chose us to talk about her brand. Again, I think what is happening is there are also dressings of Western culture, the Western shirts and the Western dresses which take us forward as Levis.”
Currently, the album has earned Beyoncé a #1 album debut in New Zealand, Australia, Norway, Sweden, France Germany and Ireland.
Beyoncé becomes the first artist in HISTORY to be #1 on the UK singles & albums charts simultaneously with a country song and a country album.
