The Techiman Krobohene and Kyidomhene of the Techiman Traditional Area, Oyeadeye Asa Akompanin, in collaboration with Oil for Light Ministries, have announced plans to host a 3-day Kyidom Yam Festival Crusade in 2024.

The crusade, which aims to spread the Gospel of God to the people of Krobo and Techiman at large, will kickstart on Wednesday, 11th September, 2024 and end of Friday 13th September 2024 at the Krobo town park in the Techiman North District of the Bono East region .

The event, which is under the theme, “Jesus Saves”, will feature a series of spiritual and religious activities designed to bring people together and promote the teachings of Christianity and it’s expected to attract a large number of attendees from the local community and beyond.

The program, which will be hosted by the Techiman Kyeidomhene and Krobohene, Oyeadeye Asa Akompanin, will be graced by the presence of Bishop Thomas Yeboah Afari, who will be the guest speaker for the event, with Rev. Agyemang Yamoah and Pastor Oheneba Kusi also as speakers.

Min. Bismarck Boateng, Min. Ella Dan Deho, Min. Fred Otchere, Min. Emmanuel Takyi, and Min. Nhyiraba Qhobby will be ministering during the crusade.

The Oil for Light Ministries, has been actively involved in spreading the word of God and promoting spiritual growth in the Techiman area. This upcoming crusade is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to bring people together and provide them with opportunities to deepen their faith and connect with like-minded individuals.
