The Techiman Aduana Royal Family, has officially relocaed their gods to their ancestral home.
The event, which took place in the newly built Aduana Royal Palace in the Techiman South Municipality of the Bono East Region, was attended by members of the royal family, some chiefs in Techiman , and well wishers.
The Techiman Aduana Royal Family has long been revered for their deep spiritual connection and their ability to communicate with the divine. In an effort to strengthen this connection, the family has relocated their gods to reside permanently in their ancestral home.
The Techiman Aduana hene who doubles as the Nifahene of the Technical Traditional Area, Nana Boakye Ameyaw Pentempreh II, in an interview with the media disclosed that, the Aduana royal family in Techiman intends to build a 2 storey building to replace the old palace that they have already demolished.
According to him, the ground floor of the new palace have been completed and deemed it fit to get relocate their ancestral gods to one of the rooms in the ground floor which will serve as a permanent residence for their gods.
“Today is a very good day for and all members of the Aduana family in Techiman, when I became the chief of the Aduana family for the last 5 years, I decided to build a new palace for my people.
“The family intend to build a two storey building, the ground floor, first floor, and the second floor, we are done with the ground floor and we have gathered here today not to unveil the building or the palace but before we demolished the old palace, we relocated the gods of the Techiman Aduana family to their uncles house at Koase.
“So as we are done with the ground floor, we are here to relocate the gods back to their ancestral home. So we are here to officially bring our gods to their permanent residence and we are very happy to do it.” He said
The gods, who were welcomed with traditional rituals and ceremonies, will serve as a constant source of guidance and protection for the Techiman Aduana Royal Family and their people.
The Techiman Aduana Royal Family has a long and storied history, dating back hundreds of years. They have always been known for their spiritual devotion.
