Hon. Osei Jones the Assembly Member for Kasaam in the Kwabre East of Ashanti Region has urged teachers to work by the GES Code of Ethics to eliminate dismissal.
Speaking to the Media at the 65th Anniversary of Kasaam M/A JHS at Kasaam in Kwabre East Municipality in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Osei Jones has said, he has learnt two rules when in service; first if you still government property and if you have an affair with a student you will be penalised or dismissed for the misconduct so remember to go by the GES CODE OF ETHICS.
“We thank all the teachers here for accepting to work in this school. But one thing I want to tell you is to work according to the GES code of ethics to avoid any dismissal. You should not take advantage of the young female students who are here to acquire knowledge and ensure that government’s property is also protected.” He admonished.
He finally pleaded with Nananom and Headmistress Madam Rachel Osei to help protect Kasaam M/A J.H.S school land.
