The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Tain Constituency, Alexander Ababio,  has humbly appealed to theelectorates in the constituency to vote massively for the NPP in the upcoming general elections on December 7th.

Mr. Alexander Ababio, who is the owner of Ghana Division One League side, Debibi United and Chief Executive Officer of Bofoakwa Tano, expressed his gratitude for the support he has received so far from the people of Tain Constituency and emphasized the importance of their vote.

He explained that, there are numerous developmental projects he intends to implement in the constituency if elected as their Member of Parliament and he needs their support to make this vision a reality.

Mr. Alexander Ababio, in an interview with Classic FM’s Gideon Bekoe, disclosed that, he has been undertaken some developmental projects in the Constituency and hopes to continue with the developmental works hence the need for the electorate to vote for him as their MP and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the President of the Republic of Ghana.

He highlighted some of the works he has done so far in the Constituency in terms of sports, “as we speak, I financed the last season’s Division Two League in the Tain Constituency, I gave all the participating teams football and a sum of money to push them through the season.

“last season was not the first time I helped the teams in the zone, I have been doing it regularly with the aim of unearthing the talents in Tain Constituency as well as developing sports in the constituency.” He said

Mr. Alexander Ababio continued, “farming is predominant in the constituency and if I become the next Member of Parliament, I will ensure that, the farmers get the needed support for them to increase their yield.

“We also have a very poor road network, I will lobby for the roads to be constructed and as we speak, I have been able to lobby and a contractor is current working on the Nsuhu to Seikwa Bepoyaase road.

“Education is very important to me, I have helped a lot of people to continue their formal education in an around the Tain constituency and we should not forget that not everybody can have formal education, there are those in apprenticeship, I have been helping a lot of the youth in the constituency in that regard and I have better plans for such individuals should I become the MP.

“I am not saying all these just to get their votes, it is something that I have doing and even as we speak, I have built some schools in the constituency while paying for the fees of a lot of people in the constituency and the people of Tain can attest to it.”
