Former Ghana Football International, Samuel Inkoom, has reaffirmed his commitment to giving back to Ghana.

Inkoom, who has had a successful 16 years career in football starting from Sekondi Hasaacas in the 2007-2008 season and ending at Accra Hearts of Oak in the 2022-2023 season, has established the S-Inkoom Academy with the goal of developing a lot of talents in Ghana.

The S-Inkoom Academy provides training and education to young aspiring football players across the country.

The former Basel player  believes that by investing in the development of these talented individuals, he can help to elevate the standard of football in Ghana and contribute to the growth of the sport in the country.

He explained that, players like himself where able to reach the pinnacle of his football career hence the need to give back to the country by helping to develop more talents for Ghana.

“I can’t say they should rely on us because we all depends on God but what we want to do is to give back to the country.

“This is something for me personally that is my priority, I have the academy, where we will let the boys understand that they are not just playing football but we will guide them to attain the greatest height in their career.” He said

He explained that, “So I believe that the likes of Stephen whom we all know as a former captain of Ghana and has played to the highest level of football is coming in with the academy just for doing sake but to give back to the country”

In addition to football training, the academy also offers academic support and life skills training to ensure that the players are well-rounded individuals.
