According to reports from multiple sources, Spanish giants, Real Madrid have made initial contact with Trent Alexander-Arnold representatives.

Los Blancos have been linked with Liverpool’s right-back in the last few months with the hopes of adding him to their cluster of stars.

Alexander-Arnod’s contract with Liverpool will expire in the summer of 2025 and all efforts to tie the talented right-back at the Anfield has been fruitless.

The England international is an integral part of Arne Slot’s rejuvenated Reds side, with his team winning a near-perfect five out of six league fixtures so far this season.

However, Sources at the Anfield says Trent Alexander-Arnold has turned down every contract offer by Liverpool so far, and the lasted contract renewal offer remains unanswered.

Real Madrid’s intentions would be to sign him as a free agent next summer, as his Liverpool contract is due to expire in 2025.

Alexander-Arnold is considered one of the best right-backs in the world, and his pace, skill, and attacking prowess makes him an attractive target for top clubs.

Real Madrid, one of the most successful clubs in football history, is always on the lookout for talented players to strengthen their squad as current first team options Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez are heading towards the twilight stages in their respective careers.

Italian transfer guru l,Fabrizio Romano left a cryptic retweet on an earlier tweet on March 22, 2024, it read:

“Real Madrid are monitoring Trent Alexander-Arnold’s contract situation at Liverpool.

Liverpool have not given up on Trent Alexander-Arnod and may try one more time to convince him to stay and continue at the Anfield.
