The Paramount Chief of Prang in the Bono East of Ghana, Nana Kwadwo Nyarko III, has commended President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for keeping his promise to the people of Prang.

Nana Kwadwo Nyarko III, revealed that, during the 2016 elections campaign, President Akufo-Addo promised to help develop Prang and most if not all the promises by the President have been fulfilled hence the need to applaud him.

He said Prang can now boast of a new assembly complex, town roads, Regional Feeder Roads Office, One District One Factory, the construction of the Prang to Kintampo road, portable drinking water, school infrastructures among many others.

“It is very important to recognized those who have contributed to the development of our community and we if we look at what the government has done for our community, then I will say the NPP government and President Akufo-Addo deserves to be recognized.

“The idea of constructing 111 modern hospitals across the country known as agenda 111 means the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is a visionary leader who is leading a discernment government because the agenda 111 policy is a very good initiative and can go a long way to serve as a remedy for future pandemics.” He said.

Nana  Kwadwo Nyarko III, who is a former president of the erstwhile Brong Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs and Council State of Member under former President, the late John Jerry Rawlings, appealed to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to see to the completion of all uncompleted projects  in the area.

He said this during his 59th anniversary as the Paramount Chief of Prang and the celebrations of the Nkyifie Yam Festival. President Akufo-Addo was the special guest of honor at the ceremony.
