NPP Launches Campaign for 2024 Elections in Gomoa East Constituency

The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has unveiled the Election 2024 campaign of the Gomoa East constituency in the Central Region with a call on the team and supporters of the party to be united and work hard for the 2024 general elections.

The event held on Monday, on June 24, 2024 ignited a grand Campaign Launch and Constituency Campaign Team inauguration

The historic event that captivated the hearts and minds of all attendees.

The constituency Chairman, Richmond Kobina Otoo delivering his address emphasized the paramount importance of unity within the party ranks to secure a decisive victory in the upcoming 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary elections. His impassioned plea for solidarity and collective action set the tone for a campaign centered on inclusivity and collaboration.

Hon Solomon Darko-Quarm lauded the exemplary leadership of Hon Kojo Asemanyi, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate, for spearheading transformative projects in the constituency, including the establishment of a state-of-the-art landing beach and ICT laboratory facilities for local schools in the Fetteh community. His words emphasized the tangible impact of effective governance and the promise of continued progress under the NPP’s stewardship.

Drawing a sharp contrast between past and present representation, Hon Takyi Mensah, the Central Regional Secretary of the party, highlighted the need for a change in leadership to usher in a new era of prosperity and development for Gomoa East Constituency. He urged party members to rally behind Dr. Mahmoud Bawumia, the NPP Flag bearer, as a beacon of hope for a brighter future. He reiterated the need to vote massively for Hon Kojo Asemanyi whose track records are evident in the Constituency. This will help the Constituency to see further progress from him than relying on a failed leader like Hon Desmond Paitoo whose leadership has seen no progress in the Constituency.

In a moment of humility and reconciliation, Hon Kojo Asemanyi extended a heartfelt plea for forgiveness and unity among party delegates, emphasizing the transformative power of collective action and shared vision. His call to set aside differences and focus on the common goal of reclaiming the constituency seat was received well with all present.

As the NPP embarks on a journey towards victory in the 2024 elections, the spirit of unity and progress ignited at the Campaign Launch promises to propel the party to new heights of success and achievement.
