Chairperson of the NDC-USA and National Women Wing to persons with Disability, Maame Aba Dadzie, has donated toiletries and an undisclosed amount of women to the NDC Women with Disabilities (PWD) at the party’s headquarters at Kokomlemle in Acrra.
The donation aims to support women with disabilities and provide them with essential personal hygiene items as Maame Aba Dadzie, a long-standing advocate for women’s rights and disabilities, believes that every woman with disabilities should have access to basic necessities and support.
The presentation was done on her behalf with a delegation led by the former National Deputy woman organizer, Mrs Maame Efua, Western Regional Women’s Wing, Glady’s, Joana Cudjo, Joyce Gyamfi, National Coordinator for women with disabilities, Mad Charity Akpesah , Coastal Belt Coordinator and Mr. Godwin Constituency, who is the coordinator for NDC disability desk at Okakai North.
The donation included a variety of toiletries such as soaps, sanitary pads, Wipers, Diapers as well as an undisclosed amount of money.
The donation is part of the NDC’s ongoing efforts to empower and support women with disabilities. The party recognizes the importance of providing equal opportunities and resources to all individuals, regardless of their abilities or disabilities.
The beneficiaries expressed their profound gratitude for this timely donations and asked for God intervention to bring victory to NDC party.
“We are very happy today, we were not expecting to receive this donation, Maame Aba Dadzie, has surprised us by providing us with something we really wanted.
“We pray that God will replenished her and also pray for the victory of the NDC come December 7th.” They said.
