Ghanaian business mogul, Freedom Jacob Caesar popularly known as Cheddar has outlined measures for someone to become rich and successful.
According to Nana Kwame Bediako, the first step that can lead someone to success or become rich is to add value to people and the society to get significant recognition.
“I think that everybody wants to be rich, everybody wants to be successful but first of all you need to see how you can add value to people, to society and by that you will be significantly recognized.” The 2024 presidential candidate for the New Force said this during an interview with The Venture Room, a financial and entrepreneurship platform in the United States.
About investment, Cheddar indicated that choosing the right location to ivest is very important.
“I invest in Real Estate and I can say it is a very lucrative business, if there is any advice I can give to people I will say put your money in assets. Sometimes it is better than the bank.” He said.
Adding that “If you want to invest in industrial I will say that Africa has the most critical minerals, petrochemicals and all of that to invest in the industrials sector. If you want to invest in hotels, the best place is Europe because they have high tourism. If you want to invest in low-income housing it is Africa.”
