Former Manager for Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, Nana Asiamah popularly known as Bull is saying that Stonebwoy will bag the Artiste of The Year award in 2024.
Stonebwoy won the Reggae/ Dancehall Artiste of the Year and Best Afropop Song of the Year with his ‘Therapy’ song but missed out on the Artiste of the Year award.
Stonebwoy was nominated alongside Black Sherif, Camidoh, King Promise, Piesie Esther, Kidi, Joe Mettle, and Sarkdoie but Black Sherif came out victorious winning the ultimate.
Aside from many tipping for Piesie Esther and Black Sherif as the favorites others also went in for Stonebwoy stating he has worked hard to win the award.
According to BullGod Stinebwoy has started something that will earn him the VGMAArtiste of the Year award in 2024
He explained that Stonebwoy’s current album dubbed the 5th Dimension is great and fantastic and will do the magic simple for the ‘Putuu’ hitmaker.
BullGod speaking with Berla Mundi on TV3 added that is a fact and everyone should mark that, Stoenwbwoy will win it.
“I said put this up, with what Stonebwoy is doing with his 5th Dimension album, he’s the next Artist of the Year, you mark it somewhere.
The album has started climbing the Billboard charts and doing splendid and that’s why he would win the award next year”, he emphasized.
Stonebwoy’s 5th Dimension album is a 17 track album including songs like Life and Money, Far Away, More of You, Ava Wumlo, Therapy, Forget, Secret Lover, Run Am, Into The Future and many more.
The album features top stars such as Stormzy, Oxlade, Tiwa Savage, Dexta Daps, Mereba, Jaz Karis, Davido, Shaggy, Naphorisa, Angelique Kidjo, and more.
The Album has started doing magic debuting Number Eight on the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart.
