Cape Coast Circuit Court Two, presided over by Her Honour Nana Aba Quiba Nunoo has sentenced Samuel Armah to ten (10) years imprisonment in hard labour for defilement.
The convict, Samuel Armah also known as Kofi Nyan pleaded guilty to the charge of defilement and was convicted on his own plea.
“On 28/10/2025, the defilement case involving the accused person Samuel Armah a.k.a Kofi Nyan that occured on October 16, 2025, was called at Circuit Court Two, Cape Coast, Presided over by Her Honour Nana Aba Quiba Nunoo” Acting Public Affairs Unit of the Ghana Police Service in the Central Region, ASP Patrick Bentum said in a statement.
The Police said Samuel Armah is currently being sent to Ankaful Prison to begin his sentence.
“The accused person pleaded guilty to the charge of defilement and he was convicted on his own plea and sentenced to serve ten (10) years imprisonment in hard labour. He has since been sent to Ankaful Prison to begin his sentence.” The statement added.
