The Chief Executive Officer of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah has clarified rumors that popular Ghanaian artiste Kuami Eugene is still signed to his label.

According to him, currently, Kidi, DJ Vyrusky, and DSL are the only three artists who are under contract with the label “360 deal”.

Speaking on Hitz FM, the talent manager indicated that his label “360 deal” has new features to ensure that they take responsibility for everything concerning the artist’s music.

“There are three artists on the 360 deal and they are Kidi, DJ Vyrusky, and DSL and because now we have distribution, anybody can sign onto the distribution, so the 360 means we handle everything for you.” He said.

He also explained that artists can sign onto distribution in advance.

The Lynx Entertainment CEO emphasized that if an artist chooses an investment which is like the label and the money he invests lost that is it but for the advances he can make his money back.

“The distribution means that we are handling your music going out there. It can come in advance but not an investment like the label, that is the difference. So the difference between an advance and investment is if I invest in you and lose the money that is all but if it is an advance, I know I can make this money back and I will take my part through certain terms.” He explained.

The Ghanaian record label (Lynx Entertainment ) which was founded in 2006 by the producer and singer-songwriter Richie Mensah has successfully launched the solo careers of the Ghanaian musicians Richie, ASEM, Irene Logan, OJ Blaq, Eazzy, Zigi, Jayla, MzVee, KiDi, Kuami Eugene and DopeNation.
