John Dumelo seems to be the happiest man on earth after his wife Gifty Mawunya Dumelo was called to the bar.
Gifty Mawunya Dumelo broke the news on her official Instagram page. Dumelo’s wife couldn’t stop praising God for her new achievement, stating that this is all the work of God.
She thanked her family – her mother, father, siblings, and all loved ones – for praying for her throughout her law journey.
She extended her gratitude to her colleagues who assisted her, namely Akua, Emefa, Susan, and Elizabeth.
Lastly, she showed gratitude to her husband, John Dumelo, for being her best study mate and going through the ups and downs with her.
She wrote: “See what the Lord has done. What I have prayed and waited for has come to pass. My profound gratitude goes to the Almighty God, my mom and dad for praying without ceasing, my sisters Sena and Selassie for praying for me and with me throughout this journey, and supporting me in diverse ways, my learned friends Akua B, Emefa, Susan, and Elizabeth. And lastly, to my husband @johndumelo1 for being my best study mate even though he is not a lawyer. This man loves the law… he participated vividly in my journey and the best part of it all is his skill of chewing and pouring. Thanks Efo, you are the best thing that has happened to me and I am glad you are a part of my story.”
The actor turned politician poured accolades on his lovely wife in a post on social media.
Dumelo added that his wife’s new name since she has been called to the Bar as a lawyer is Mrs. Gifty Mawunya Dumelo Esq.
He wrote: “Congratulations my love @missgeeonly for being called to the Ghana Bar today. You are now Mrs. Gifty Mawunya Dumelo Esq. I have cases for you already lol. Love you.”
