Ghanaian-Romanian television presenter, Deborah Owusu-Bonsu better known by her stage name as Sister Derby has reacted to calls by some Ghanaians pleading on behalf of the Founder and Leader of Alive Chapel International, Archbishop Salifu Amoako over his son’s accident.
Following Archbishop Salifu Amoako’s son accident that led to the death of two people, Ghanaians such as Nana Ama McBrown, Rev. Obofour, Prophet Kunchacha are pleading for leniency after they were granted bail.
But Sister Derby believes the popular preacher does not deserve leniency.
Reacting to the man of God’s old video that claim that when the police see him they salute him and he can drive with or without driver’s license or number plate and no police officer can stop him, the solialite stated that what Bishop Salifu said in the old video undermines the Ghana Police Service.
She questioned others that the man of God has sold the police administration and is now appealing for leniency.
“Is this the same guy some of you want leniency for? #salifuamoako What he said in this video is not a good look for @GhPoliceService or? He sell you out oo… Yawa” Sister Derby wrote on her X.
Meanwhile, the man of God has defended his son claiming the accident was not intentional.
What Bishop Salifu Amoako said in his old video:
“If you follow Ghana Police you will never drive because they are always on your nerves. My country when the police see me they salute, they call me general sir, and I am gone. Without a drivers license I will be driving, without a car number plate I will be driving, who born you by mistake to stop me? Because if you stop me I will call your boss.
