Ghanaian songstress Wendy Asiamah Addo, known in the showbiz space as Wendy Shay, has finally revealed her relationship status.

There were rumors circulating that Wendy Shay was having an affair with her manager and the CEO of Rufftown Records, Ricky Nana Agyemang, professionally known as Bullet (formerly of Ruff and Smooth fame).

Speaking to Shatta Michy on Movement TV, the Shay Gang frontliner publicly disclosed that she is currently not in a relationship and is open to having an affair with anyone who approaches and proposes to her.

“I am not ready for any relationship, although I am single. I just want to have fun,” she initially stated, but later reconsidered her decision by saying,

“See, see, I am ready to mingle, but I am a bit picky. I don’t just want anyone, so I will take my time with such a decision.”

The hitmaker of “Survivor” responded to questions about whether she has ever suffered a broken heart, reiterating that even if she does, she would rather turn that situation into a song and make money out of it.

“I would compose a song about it and make money out of the situation. I can’t let a man make me die just like that,” she boldly stated.

Wendy Shay also revealed that her song “Survivor” is a broken heart song that portrays a lady who has stood tall against such a situation.

She further explained that she pities musicians who don’t study the system and release any kind of song in the industry.

“I study the system and know what’s trending before I release a song, that’s why I have hit songs everywhere. If you are a musician and you don’t do that, then you will suffer,” she advised.

Wendy Shay’s “Enigma” EP is still trending on all streaming platforms.

The EP contains seven solid songs, including “Murda,” “Habibi,” “Mariama,” “Ruthless,” “One Man,” “New Level,” and “Heaven.” It has garnered over 300,000 streams on Audiomack and is performing well on other platforms.
