Former heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua has delivered a strong worded statement to Jake Paul ahead of the pair’s bout on December 19 in Miami.
The first press conference for next month’s controversial fight was held with Jake Paul stating that fighting Anthony Joshua was in his plans after his fight against Gervonta Davis but those plans had to be moved forward after his bout against Davis was called off. Joshua is reportedly guaranteed to earn $50 million from the fight against the Youtuber turned professional boxer that has drawn a ton of criticism from boxing purists who believe the fight is making a mockery of the sport.
However, Joshua in his address at the presser, stated that he will hurt Jake Paul and is willing to stomp all over him.
“I will break his [Jake Paul] face, I will break his body up, I will stomp all over him.”

“That’s my mentality, that’s a fighter’s mentality and I know what’s in my heart, I know what’s in my mind and I’m here to compete” Joshua said.
