Go back to God and re-consider your decisions – Prophet Nigel Gaisie cautions Sierra Leone president

The leader of the True Word Prophetic Fire Ministries, Prophet Nigel Gaisie has cautioned the president of Sierra Leone, Julius Maada Wonie Bio to reconsider some decision he is planning to take.

According to the renowned prophet, the drastic decisions of the president would put the country in political disorder if implemented.

“And again, the Lord lifted my spirit to the street of Sierra Leone, Freetown. The Lord said I should tell the security bosses of Sierra Leone to strengthen the security of the president His Excellency, Maada Bio. And also your Excellency, if you are watching me, the Lord is telling me to caution you that there are certain steps that you are about to take and it’s going to flip the nation. It is going to put the nation in political disorder. So I suggest you go back to God, I suggest that you reconsider some of the decisions that you have taken. I saw it as a prophet of God” Prophet Nigel Gaisie made this prophecy in an interview monitored by Elvisanokyenews.com.

He stressed that the Army chiefs and security bosses of President Julius Bio should tighten and strengthen the security around him.

In June 2023, President Julius Maada Bio won re-election in Sierra Leone’s tense presidential vote but his main challenger, Dr Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara who is the leader of All People’s Congress rejected the results.

According to him, the results were not credible.

“My compatriots. We have heard the unfortunate announcement of the elections results for the June 24 Presidential elections by the Chief Electoral Commissioner Mr Konneh. It is a sad day for our beloved country. It is a frontal attack on our fledgling democracy. These results are NOT credible and I categorically reject the outcome so announced by the electoral commission.”

“Meanwhile l thank each and everyone of you for your trust and confidence and for standing by me. I acknowledge the efforts of our local and international partners who stood for transparency and democracy. I will rise above this travesty and I commit myself to continue the fight for a better Sierra Leone.” Dr Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara wrote on his X (formerly twitter).

In November, Sierra Leone experienced a security threat.

Addressing the nation, President Bio stated that “Their action was premeditated and coordinated, and was executed to unseat the democratically elected government by violent and unlawful means, topple constitutional order and reverse our decades of investment in peace and democracy.”

He assured to deal with the perpetrators.

“The attempted coup will therefore be dealt with by my government purely as a law and order issue, not a political, tribal or religious matter. Therefore, let all be rest assured that we will follow the evidence wherever it leads us,” The president declared.

For his part, Dr Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara has advised Sierra Leoneans to follow security orders issued by the government to sustain the peace of the country.

He said, peace and unity are paramount for national building hence, there is the need for everyone to make peace.

“The peace, unity and safety of our country are paramount and everything else will follow for a prosperous and secure Sierra Leone. This country needs the peaceful energies of each and every one of us to build, sustain a better future for all.” Kamara wrote on his X.

Fellow Sierra Leoneans,

We are woken up today, Sunday, 26th November, 2023 with a security threat in this, our beloved country, Sierra Leone. I wish to draw from the Public Notice by the Ministry of Information and Civic Education to stress the critical importance of the advice contained therein.

The Government has announced a nationwide curfew effective immediately. We are all advised to stay indoors while the state security forces are taking control of the situation.

Let us all pay heed to this Advice and continue to put our Faith and Trust in God Almighty and pray that all will be over sooner rather than later, taking us back to our normal life soonest. His Mercies endureth forever.

The peace, unity and safety of our country are paramount and everything else will follow for a prosperous and secure Sierra Leone. This country needs the peaceful energies of each and every one of us to build, sustain a better future for all.
