Everton and Fulham have both shown interest in Ghanaian winger, Ernest Nuamah.
Both English clubs have officially approached Olympique Lyon with interest in signing the talented winger.
Ernest Nuamah Appiah, permanently joined the French side on 7th July, 2024 after completing a season-long loan from Belgian side RWD Molenbeek.
Nuamah in the 2023-2024 French Ligue 1 season played 29 games 3 goals and provided 2 assists for Les Gones
Both Everton and Fulham see great potential in the young forward and are eager to bring him to their respective clubs.
Everton finished last season’s English Premier League in 15th position with 40 league points. Scoring 40 league goals and conceding 51, the Toffees hoped to boost the attacking machinery with the young Ghanaian.
They however face competition with London based Fulham FC as they also seek to improve on the 13th position they placed during last season’s English Premier League.
This transfer saga is still developing, and it remains to be seen which club will ultimately secure Nuamah’s signature.

Ernest Nuamah Appiah was adjudged the young player of the month in September 2022 after the player joined Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjælland.
His exceptional performance attracted the two English Premier League clubs.
Nuamah, who was born in Ahafo set a new record as Nordsjælland’s highest-grossing sale. Again, on 8 October, 2023, he scored his first goal for Lyon in a 3–3 draw against Lorient.
He is one of the young players in the Black stars of Ghana who are dominating.
