Fans have advised Ghanaian singer, rapper and fashion model, Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong, professionally known as Black Sherif, formerly Blacko to take it easy when dealing with Shatta Wale.
They believe Black Sherif going after the self-acclaimed dancehall king will be a disaster for his career in the music industry.
In a post shared by hellovybes on Facebook, one user who goes by the name Margin Mandy stated that Shatta Wale is not someone Black Sherif should mess with and if the rapper is not ready for the battle he should check the history.
“Blacko, let me break it down for you. Going after Shatta Wale is a big no-no. Your career could be in serious trouble. Shatta Wale is not someone you want to mess with. If you’re not ready for it, just look at history.” He wrote.
Margin Mandy’s advice comes after Black Sheriff responds to Shatta Wale’s recent criticism about his dressings.
During his appearance on the Bants Rants and Confessions podcast, Shatta Wale stated that some of Black Sherif’s outfits are not accepted.
“Black Sherif, they are trying for him but some of his outfits I don’t get it. Because I feel you are a hip-hop artist, why do you dress like that? When you watch Asake, he wears his diamond chains, wears his big trousers, it suits, like everything fits. But you come here and see like why do you (Black Sherif) go and buy trousers at Kantamanto? When you are branding yourself, brand yourself to be yourself.” Shatta Wale said.
Responding to this criticism, Black Sherif mocked Shatta Wale during a question and answer session with his fans on the microblogging app.
Black Sherif posted Shatta Wale photos and when a fan asked him if he’d recognize him if he passed by,Blacko replied with Shatta Wale’s photo, with a caption “I plaster everywhere,” to undermine Shatta Wale outfit.
