The head coach of the Leopards of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Sébastien Serge Louis Desabre, has officially announced his squad for the September Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifiers.
The Leopards are set to face off against Guinea and Ethiopia next month in a series of matches aimed at securing their spot in the prestigious tournament.
DR Congo, will host Guinea on 6th September, 2024 at the Stade des Martyrs and will play away to Ethiopia three (3) days later at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium.
DRC is in group H of the AFCON qualifiers and in the same group with Ethiopia, Guinea and Tanzania for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
A total of 48 teams placed in 12 groups of four teams, will be competing for 2025 AFCON
