Kumawood Actress Rose Akua Attaa Mensah, popularly known as Kyeiwaa has shared her experience about the challenges she is facing abroad due to her informal education.
In a video shared on Instagram, Kyeiwaa, who underscored the need for everyone to go to school, advised the youth not to take their education for granted.
According to her, she doesn’t want anybody to face challenges she is going through abroad because she didn’t go to school.
“If you refuse to listen to your parents advice to go to school, you will face the consequences tomorrow, especially when you travel.” She said.
She said some parents are struggling to cater for their children’s education so the youth should not let their parents’ sweat go waste because life will not be easy for them in the future.
“If your mother spends her money to cater for your education, please go. Don’t say you won’t go to school because you won’t face the consequences today.” Kyeiwaa advised.
Sharing her experiences in the United States of America, Tutugyagu as she is affectionately called, said she struggles to understand the English language due to her informal education background.
“Have you seen that they are speaking English to me but I don’t understand? You will be like me if you fail to go to school. Everybody must try and go to school. I have seen it before so I am talking from experience.” She indicated.
Kyeiwaa, who is currently married in America, said she regrets not going to school and that the youth should not underestimate education.
