The Deputy CEO of Minerals Commission and NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, Hon Shirley Kyei, popularly known by her constituents as Obaanoaa, has made passionate appeal to Ghanaians especially her constituents and Asanteman at large to avoid complacency and votes massively for NPP government.

She said the NPP led government is doing a great job in transforming the country and has put a lot of measures in place to ensure the continuity of the good works of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo hence the need to vote for Dr. Bawumia to continue all the developmental projects initiated by the NPP government.

According to her, Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency for the first time is producing a female as Parliamentary Candidate to becomes Member of Parliament and calls for the maximum support from the constituents.

Hon Shirley Kyei, deduced that it’s only NPP government that brings developmental projects which are aimed to improve the society and Ghana at large with significant impact on livelihood.

“We are loyal to the NPP Party and what is interesting is that this is the first time we have gotten a female Parliamentary Candidate in Atwima Nwabiagya, our males have done their part of which we applaud them for their good works but it’s now time for a woman to lead the constituency.

“I will plead with you to vote massively for me as you have been voting for our male Parliamentary Candidates and also vote massively for the NPP government.

“We all know that the NPP government has make education accessible to all Ghanaians, please we should all go to our polling stations early and vote for Dr, Bawumia and Shirley Kyei.” She said.

Hon. Shirley Kyei, said she is overwhelmed by the turnout of eligible voters of 507 against the 411 voted during the special voting in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency.

Shirley Kyei, expressed optimistic that majority of the 411 voters voted for the NPP, a sing that they will break the 8

“The turnout is very encouraging, 411 out of 507 eligible voters came out to vote today during the special voting exercise.
