The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has said any customer who is currently experiencing a power outage is due to a localized fault.
According to ECG, the electricity problems have been fixed and so there is a stable national power supply (stable national grid).
In a statement issued by the ECG to announce the stable national grid on Friday, 29th March 2024, the power supply company indicated that all problems have been fixed so anybody who is experience electricity should contact their centre or report on their social media handlles for immediate action to fix the outage and restore power supply.
“The Electricity Company of Ghana wishes to inform our cherished customers and the general public that we have a stable national power supply (stable national grid).” They announced.
“Any customer who is currently experiencing a power outage is due to a localized fault. Please call our contact centre on 0302611611 (also available on whatsapp) or report on our social media handlles (ECGghOfficial) for immediate action to fix the outage and restore power supply.” ECG stated.
ECG therefore apologised for any inconvinience caused.
