Thousands joins Hon. Martin on a health walk at Techiman South

Thousands of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters including party executives stormed the principal streets of Techiman as they joined their Parliamentary Candidate, Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah, for a health walk.

The campaign health walk, dubbed “Walk with Hon. Martin”, aimed to promote wellness and raise awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle while propagating the good works of Hon. Martin and the NPP led government for the last four (4) years.

Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah, who doubles as the Sompahene of the Techiman Traditional Area and Local Government, Decentralization, and Rural Development Minister, known for his dedication to his constituents, spearheaded the walk and was supported by some Bono East Regional NPP executives, Techiman South NPP executives as well as the Techiman South NPP faithful.

The walk was a colorful spectacle, with people of all ages and backgrounds united in their quest for a healthier community while cladding in the beautiful colors of the New Patriotic Party, holding placards with messages campaigning for the re-election of a second term in office for Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah.

Throughout the walk, the participants expressed their determination and readiness to vote for Hon. Martin to propel him continue with the developmental projects he is embarking in the constituency

Addressing the participants at the Techiman Methodist park after the walk, the Bono East Regional Chairperson of the New Patriotic Party, Chairman Ibrahim Baba Bukari, popularly known as Chairman IB, on behalf of the regional party executives, expressed their profound gratitude to the teeming supporters in the Techiman South constituency for coming out in their numbers and supporting their Parliamentary Candidate.

He urged them to vote massively for Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah come December 7th to enable him continue with the development of Techiman.

“We will thank all of you for finding time in your busy schedule to join us for such a successful program.

“I will plead with you all, that left with we the members of NPP, we will win the elections today, we vote for leaders to develop our community and if the reason for voting is development, then why should the people of Techiman vote against Hon. Korsah since he is already helping Techiman to develop at a rapid pace.” He said

Chairman IB, also urged the NPP faithful and constituents of Techiman South, to not only vote for Hon. Martin but also Dr. Bawumia.

“I will plead with you to vote for both Hon. Martin and also Dr. Bawumia, if you vote for Hon. Korsah and fails to vote for Dr. Bawumia, it will be very difficult for Hon. Korsah to develop Techiman at the pace we all want.” He told the gathering.

The Techiman South NPP Chairperson, Chairman Muniru Tanko, said “We are very grateful for your love and support today, you have truly demonstrated that on 7th December, Hon. Martin Adjei Mensah Korsah and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will win the elections in Techiman South.

“I will plead with you to use this spirit in campaigning for us, from here we all have to engage in house to house campaign, we have to propagate the good work of Dr. Bawumai and Hon. Martin Korsah to the people of Techiman so we can win massively come December 7th.”

On his part, Hon. Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah, the Techiman Sompahene thanked the people of Techiman South, precisely the NPP faithful for coming out in their numbers to support him

He said “I will urge all of you to be my campaign team members, let us go out to all the electoral areas and tell them what the NPP and Korsah is doing in Techiman South.

“Engage in a house to house campaign and I believe that by the grace of God, we will win the upcoming elections with massive victory.”
