The National Sports Authority (NSA) has confirmed that Ghana is ready to host the upcoming AFCON 2025 qualifier game against Sudan.
Board Chairman of the National Sports Authority, Seth Panwum has assured that, both the Accra Sports Stadium and the Cape Coast Sports Stadium are equipped and ready to host the game.
The National Sports Authority, came under a lot of criticism after the Confederation of African Football (CAF) banned the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium from hosting the qualifiers due to its unplayable surface.
This led to the termination of the appointment of the Director General of the National Sports Authority, Dodzie Numekevor, and the Ashanti Regional Director of the National Sports Authority, Kwame Baa Mensah.
Authoritiea are yet to confirm a venue for the game but the NSA is committed to providing the best facilities and support for all sporting events in Ghana.
