Chelsea FC is set to learn its opponent in the UEFA Europa Conference League Round of 16 as the official draw takes place tomorrow.
The Blues, who topped the league phase with a flawless record, now know they will face either FC Copenhagen or Real Betis in the next round. The London based team after the conclusion of the league phase aware they would be drawn against one of Gent, Real Betis, Copenhagen, or Heidenheim, but now know that it is between just two of those sides after the conclusion of the play-off round.
FC Copenhagen’s 4-3 aggregate win over Heidenheim and Real Betis’ two-legged victory over Gent, means it’ll be one of Betis or Copenhagen who face the tough task of taking on the Londoners.
The 2024/25 UEFA Conference League round of 16, quarter-final and semi-final draw will takes place at 13:00 GMT on Friday 21 February at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
The Champions League, Europa League and Conference League draws all follow the same format.
The teams who finished in the top eight places in the league phase are all seeded in couples: the first-placed side are paired with the second-placed side, and so on. These pairs will be on opposite sides of the draw and cannot possibly meet until the final.
For each of the seeded teams, their reward for a top-eight finish is a tie against a side who finished outside the top eight and who have had to win a playoff tie to reach the last 16.

Round of 16: 6 & 13 March
Quarter-finals: 10 & 17 April
Semi-finals: 1 & 8 May
Final: 28 May 2025 (Wroclaw)
