Manchester United are Set to announce a new long-term contract deal for Amad Diallo this week.
The 22-year-old Ivorian winger has been a revelation under new coach Ruben Filipe Marques Amorim with a total of nine goals involvement in eighteen English Premier Leagues. Amad has scored three goals and provided six assists for the Red Devil, scoring against Brighton, Manchester City, and Liverpool.
The Ivorian winger, who joined United in January 2021 from Atalanta, has steadily impressed fans and coaching staff with his technical brilliance, speed, and potential. After a successful loan spell at Sunderland last season, where he played a pivotal role in their Championship campaign, Diallo’s stock has risen considerably.
Amad’s current contract will expire at the end of the 2024-2025 football season. Manchester United has an option to extend the deal to June 2026, INEOS is seeking a long-term solution for Diallo as he is now considered of the talents the team can rely on in this season and the future.
According to Italian Football Journalist, Fabrizio Romano, a new long-term contract between Amad Diallo and Manchester United will be announced soon as the contract its final stages.
Meanwhile players like Noussair Mazraoui, Diogo Dalot, Harry Maguire, Lisandro Martinez, Manuel Ugarte and Kobbie Mainoo have all improved tremendously under Ruben Amorim. In addiiton to Amad Dially, Manuel Ugarte and Kobbie Mainoo entourage are in talks with Manchester United for a contract renewal.
Marcus Rashford, Carlos Henrique Casimiro, and Antony Matheus dos Santos popularly known as Anthony are among list of players Manchester United are seeking to offload if the finances make sense.
