Nana Opoku Fosu Gyeabour II, has played a monumental role in nurturing and shaping Ghanaian sports talents, particularly in football. Through his efforts, he has:
- Produced exceptional football talents who have proudly represented Ghana at both national and international levels.
- Mentored over 50 professional footballers currently playing in leagues across the globe.
- Elevated female football to remarkable heights, notably through his leadership in Ampem Darkoa Ladies FC and Fosu Royal Ladies FC, both competing at the highest level in the Women’s Premier League – Northern Zone, with Ampem Darkoa Ladies being the pride of Bono East so far as football in the region is concerned.
- Under his leadership, Techiman Ampem Darkoa Ladies is the second most successful women’s football club in Ghana, having won the Ghana Women’s Premier League three times and the Ghana Women’s Super-Cup in the 2017 football season. The team was also the second Ghanaian team to represent the country in the CAF Women’s Champions League.
- Ing. Nana Opoku Fosu Gyeabour is also the owner and financier of Aduana Akwamu Ladies, a Division 1 Women League side.

Some of his notable contributions include;
- The voluntary tarring of the Asueyi Junction to Grotto Road during the construction of the Techiman to Wenchi Road.
- The tarring of a park adjacent to where offices were built during the same road construction to be used as a lorry park for Aworowa Township.
- The handover of office buildings to the Aworowa community, which are now used as a police station.
- The construction of a culvert and restoration of the road when contractors working on the Tano Box Culvert on the Techiman – Sunyani road abandoned the project during the rainy season.
- Leaving office buildings for the people of Nkoranza during the construction of the Nkoranza-Ejura Road.
- Leaving office buildings for the Nkwabeng community on the Nkwabeng-Bredi Road.
- The successful construction of the Techiman to Hamile Road under his management and supervision.
