The Transition Team of Ghana’s President-elect, John Dramani Mahama, has formed an anti-corruption preparatory team.
In a release signed by the spokesperson of the President-elect’s transition team, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the formation of the anti-corruption preparatory team is a “preparatory measure towards the rollout of H.E. John Dramani Mahama’s promise to recover proceeds of corruption and hold persons responsible for such corruption accountable when he assumes office.”
The team, which will be chaired by Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwah, is expected to receive and gather information from members of the public and other sources on suspected acts of corruption and as such, will lay the foundation for Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL)
The Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) was a core part of H.E John Mahama’s policy platform in the 2024 campaign as a means of prosecuting all corrupt officials under the outgoing NPP led government.
The anit-corruption preparatory comprises of;
Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa – Chairman
Mr. Daniel Domelevo – Former Auditor-General
COP (Rtd.) Nathaniel Kofi Boakye
Mr. Martin Kpebu – Private Legal Practitioner
Mr. Raymond Archer – Investigative Journalist

PREPARATORY TEAM TOWARDS PRESIDENT-ELECT’S ANTI-CORRUPTION DRIVE.
As a preparatory measure towards the rollout of H.E. John Dramani Mahama’s promise to recover proceeds of corruption and hold persons responsible for such corruption accountable when he assumes office, a Team has been set up to receive and gather information from members of the public and other sources, on suspected acts of corruption.
The Team comprises the following individuals:
1. Hon Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwah-Chairman
2. Mr Daniel Domelovo-Former Auditor-General
3. COP(Rtd.) Nathaniel Kofi Boakye
4. Mr Martin Kpebu-Private Legal Practitioner
5. Mr Raymond Archer-Investigative Journalist.
Anti-corruption, with Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) as a major plank, formed a core part of H.E John Mahama’s policy platform in the 2024 campaign and he intends to hit the ground running on these commitments.
