Leicester City Football Club Manager, Steve Cooper has been sacked.
Steve Cooper’s dismissal follows the club’s latest defeat on Saturday against Chelsea.
Chelsea beat Leicester City 2-1 which put the Foxes in terrible position.
Jordan Ayew’s Leicester Cityis currently sitting on 16th position in the Premier League after 12 matches.
The Club in official statement said Assistant Manager Alan Tate and First Team Coach and Analyst Steve Rands have also left the Club.
“Leicester City Football Club has parted company with Steve Cooper, who leaves his position as First Team Manager with immediate effect.” The club announced.

“Assistant Manager Alan Tate and First Team Coach and Analyst Steve Rands have also left the Club.” The statement added.

According to the club, Men’s First Team training will be overseen by First Team Coach Ben Dawson, supported by coaches Danny Alcock and Andy Hughes.

“Men’s First Team training will be overseen by First Team Coach Ben Dawson, supported by coaches Danny Alcock and Andy Hughes, as the Club begins the process of appointing a new manager, which we hope to conclude as soon as possible.” Leicester City stated.

The club expressed their appreciations to Steve Cooper, Alan Tate and Steve Rands and wished then good luck in the future.

“Steve, Alan and Steve depart with our thanks for their contribution during their time with the Club and with our best wishes for the future.” The Club said.
