Spokesperson of the Ministry of Education, Kwasi Kwarteng has responded to Media personality Bridget Otoo claims that GH¢600 can not afford a day student full complement of items listed on the prospectus.
He said Bridget Otoo is only interested in things that make the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government unpopular.
According to Kwasi Kwarteng, the Broadcaster has failed as a responsible journalist and urged her to be professional and readwide.
The Education Ministry Spokesperson also refuted claims that he is a liar.
“I am not a liar. Is you who have failed as a responsible journalist. You’re so quick to believe anything that makes gov’t unpopular. Your partisan coloration is too grave. Be professional & readwide!” Kwasi Kwarteng posted on X.
“And who buys cutlass to school again?” He added.
His comment comes after Bridget Otoo described him as a liar claiming that she raised more than GHC 3500 for two day SHS girls.
“You are a liar. I raised funds for two SHS girls on this app and the items were over 3500 cedis! The chop box alone is around 250. I’m sure it’s even gone up… How much is Cutlass? Uniforms?” She posted.
What Kwasi Kwarteng earlier:
